FAQ

How do I know if I am eligible for a UK visa?

To determine your eligibility for a UK visa, you must meet specific criteria that vary depending on the type of visa you are applying for.

Generally, you will need to provide evidence of your identity, your financial situation, your employment or educational status, and your intention to comply with the conditions of your visa. Each visa category, such as work, study, family, or visitor, has its own requirements.

We recommend scheduling a consultation with our immigration experts, who can assess your situation and advise you on your eligibility for the appropriate visa.

How do I know which UK visa I should apply for?

The type of visa you need depends on the purpose of your visit to the UK. Common visa categories include:

  • Work visas: for those who have a job offer from a UK employer.
  • Study visas: for students enrolled in UK educational institutions.
  • Family visas: for joining family members who are already in the UK.
  • Visitor visas: for short stays for tourism, business, or medical treatment.

The team at Simply UK Visa can help you identify the most suitable visa category based on your personal circumstances. We offer a comprehensive consultation service to ensure you apply for the correct visa.
